After completing this form, you will be sent an invoice. No percentage of sales required.  



BOOTH SPACE: ​​Event fee grants you a 10 x 10 space within the event (fee will increase for larger

spaces). You must provide your own booth (i.e. tent, tables, supplies etc.) You are responsible for the set-up and tear down of your booth, supplies and garbage removal. Booth sharing is not allowed (one business per booth).​ Stakes cannot be used to anchor tents into the park grounds and all tents must be weighted down. Electricity will not be provided. You may not sell food from your booth, if you are interested in becoming a food vendor please let us know and we will send you a separate food vending application.

SECURITY AND LIABILITY:​​ Munch and Music, its officers, committees, and sponsors are not responsible for loss, theft or damage.

CHECK-IN​​: Please locate a Munch and Music staff member in or around the main Deschutes Brewery Tents in the center of Drake Park. We will show you where your space is located when you arrive. If you cannot locate a Munch and Music staff member please call Nancy at 541-325-3111.

LOAD-IN: ​​No cars are allowed on the grounds without the proper permit. You will be able to walk your supplies to your booth location from the side of the park. If you prefer to drive onto the park area to unload and load please inquire about purchasing a vehicles permit (this permit is required by the Bend Park & Rec District NOT by Munch and Music). The Park and Rec fee is $30 per night per vehicle; they will fine vehicles on the grounds without a pass. No cars on the grounds during the event and only allowed on at designated times for load in and out.
